Granny Dress

VESTIDO GRANNY

[Made by / Hecho por: Chichi]

This is a summer dress made for a girl.  The skirt is made with cotton fabric, and the top part is made by joining granny squares.  I think it is so cute!!!

Me parece tan adorable.

The first time I saw the “Granny Dress” was in the blog: The Green Dragonfly.  The author, Janette, made one for her daughter , and one for herself.  Shortly after, I found another little dress in Linda´s Crafty Corner, in blue tones.   I showed them to my knitting club…and three were made.  Our friend Magda made the first one, and my aunt Chichi made these two:

1.  PINK and AQUA
(Rosado y Aqua)

Thread / hilo:  Sello Azul (Lanabel)

2.  ORANGE and GREEN
(Naranja y Verde)

Thread / Hilo:  Sinfonía (Omega)

I hope this brings inspiration for your summer...

    Besos tejidos.
